A project has started, which should interest all wine lovers. By the brand Enigma The best wines from renowned vineyards are selected. They are covered by secret NDA agreements, and Wine Spies cannot reveal the origin of the new liquors.
Secret Enigma project
As emphasized Jason Seebeer, founder Wine Spies, over the years, the company has established cooperation with many renowned wineries around the world. Thanks to the support of one of the elite producers, the first year of Enigma was created. Although Seeber does not hide that he would like to reveal who the cooperation was undertaken with, due to the nature of the project, he cannot do so. The first premiere will concern two wines. The first is Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon from 2018 and the second is Santa Rose of Grenache from 2019. According to the plan, the next editions of Enigma will have exactly the same, exclusive formula for creating unique wines, the producers of which are not disclosed.
The Enigma wine project is inspired by the activities of English spies during World War II and the legendary code encryption machine of the same name. Each wine in the collection has a coded message on the front label, waiting to be decoded. After opening the bottle, its owner will be able to use the cipher key found on the cork and use the virtual enigma machine available on the drinkenigma.wine website to reveal the secret message. This way the wine will be unlocked.
A unique collection of NFT wines
Enigma was the first brand in the world to create the NFT collection supported by bottles of wine. Five Enigma Cabernet bottles have been provided with special labels with the appropriate NFT. The first OpenSea auction took place in the first half of August. The premiere of the first two Enigma wines was one of the highlights of Wine Spies' multi-week Next Gen Launch Party, which started in early August. A transformed website was also launched as part of the event winespies.comwhich has many new features.
