Two Luxembourg companies - Black Manta Capital i Tokens Solutions, joined forces to jointly launch an innovative platform multi-STO. This will be the first undertaking of this type that has received a license from the European regulatory authority BaFin.
The new STO solution, fully compliant with regulations
A new, functional platform STO will be the fruit of cooperation Black Manta Capital and Tokens Solutions - both companies are stationed in Luxembourg. The breakthrough is that the project will be fully compliant - it has been licensed by the European regulatory authority BaFin. It will be an innovative project offering practical solutions to a wide group of investors.

Open Platform
New Platform multi-STO will be open to any company that wants to use its services, offering functional, highly innovative solutions.
Retail investors will also be able to use them, with the project currently primarily targeting European markets.
The founding companies also clearly defined the scope of responsibilities. And so Black of Manta Capital is responsible for compliance with current regulations and investor protection, a tokens for providing modern technologies.
Applied solutions
All operations in the STO area, which will be carried out through the Black Manta Capital platform and Tokens, are primarily focused on providing market participants with access to various groups of tokens.
We are talking here about capital-based tokens as well as those based on ownership.
The platform's work is additionally supported by a tool called TREX, which provides extensive opportunities for identity management systems, validation certificates and transfer management processes.
Both Black Manta Capital and Tokens are enthusiastic about the cooperation that, according to the CEO of Tokens, will allow both players to better focus on their strengths.
However, according to the co-founder of Black Manta Capital, thanks to the partnership, both companies have gained even greater optimism in the development of STO in Europe and in the world.
