- The bitcoin cryptocurrency was created by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009 to allow users total control over their finances. Bitcoin is not subject to state control, regulations, there is no centralized bank behind it, and its value depends only on the law of supply and demand. On May 22, 2010, payments were made via bitcoin for the first time. At that time, two pizzas were purchased for 10 digital means of payment. Then 10 thousand. Bitcoin prices were $ 40. - Nguyen notes that the development of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology will open new doors to a career across a range of industries. In addition to programmers, the demand for scientific researchers, analysts, financial and tax advisors and advisers, specializing strictly in digital assets and blockchain, will soon increase. Jimmy Nguyen believes that a career in a new segment of the market will be built by those who already start learning how bitcoin works. According to him, it is more than making digital transactions or building blockchain applications. Nguyen sees bitcoin as the key to understanding the entire network protocol that intertwines data and monetary value and provides a platform for development over the internet - says Marcin Wituś, CEO of Geco.one.
